Introducing Danette Muzic — Executive Director of Faith Presbyterian Hospice

It is with great pleasure that Forefront Living (FL) announces Danette Muzic as the Executive Director of Faith Presbyterian Hospice (FPH). Danette brings more than 14 years of experience in hospice care and many years as a private practice therapist.

Prior to joining FPH, Danette served as a Regional Director of Operations for Interim Healthcare and most recently as Executive Director of Generation Care of Ohio in Cleveland, Ohio. There, her responsibilities included preparing hospice for Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) and Medicare certification and accreditation, business development and all operational responsibilities. Danette has specialized in hospice support services prior to operations and has developed a restorative writing program for bereaved individuals and a caregiver support group for dementia patients. Additionally, Danette provided contract services for MedBridge and has recorded four hospice educational video sessions for their platform.

In her move from Ohio, Danette is most looking forward to getting to know the committed teammates at Faith and expanding our sphere of influence and service in the greater Dallas area. Also, milder winters will be a warm welcome!

“Faith has such a great reputation and gives such quality care; becoming a team member of this organization an honor and I look forward to planting my professional roots deeply.” Danette said.

When not serving hospice patients and their loved ones, Danette enjoys hiking, writing, and spending time with family, which includes her wife, Eve, three adult boys and three dogs.
