As the first reports of Coronavirus (COVID-19) emerged in the United States, Faith Presbyterian Hospice has taken proactive precautions to protect our patients, families and staff from the virus. These ongoing preventive measures are based on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations, as well as other leading health organizations.

Faith Presbyterian has been recognized by the State of Texas as a COVID-19 vaccine clinic provider and has successfully vaccinated a majority of our employees and other high risk individuals.  We plan to continue to serve the community with future vaccination clinics as more vaccine becomes available.

T. Boone Pickens Center Visitation Guidelines

The T. Boone Pickens Center is open to visitors. In accordance with city orders, each person entering the center is required to wear a mask. Upon entrance into the building all staff and visitors must report to our receptionist desk for screening which includes temperature check and screening questions.Only two visitors are allowed in each patient’s room at a time. If more than two visitors arrive for the same patient, they must remain in the lobby on the 1st floor. Visitors must adhere to social distancing by staying 6ft apart. Based upon floor nurse permission, additional visitors may enter patient’s room if patient is imminent.

Because of the constantly evolving recommendations and guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic, our clinical care team may make necessary changes to our visitation policy based on new information.
