Faith Presbyterian Hospice is deepening its partnership with the Visiting Nurse Association of Texas. Post date February 26, 2026 Current care will continue uninterrupted Faith Presbyterian Hospice (FPH) is deepening its partnership with the Visiting Nurse Association of Texas (VNA) as FPH winds down its operations and VNA becomes our hospice provider of choice. The T. Boone Pickens Hospice Center inpatient unit has paused new admissions, but all current patients will continue to be served without interruption. Once licensure is complete (estimated for early summer) VNA will provide inpatient services at the T. Boone Pickens Center. Faith Presbyterian Hospice’s (FPH) in-home hospice services will also continue without interruption as we gradually transfer patients to VNA, or the hospice of their choice. As always, our mission, care standards and commitment to patients across the family of FPH remain unchanged. What to do If you are an existing FPH patient (or family member) at home or at the T. Boone Pickens Center and have questions, please reach out to your care team at (972) 239-5300.
