FLF Funds Bereavement Support

The loss of a close loved one is a significant event that everyone eventually experiences. The grieving process is different for each individual, and it takes time to adjust to the new normal of life without a loved one. To help those left behind as they move forward, the Forefront Living Foundation (FLF) provides funding for bereavement support programs. These resources help individuals and families experiencing grief access compassionate guidance so they do not have to navigate loss alone.

“Grief shared in community becomes lighter to carry. Thanks to FLF donors, bereavement support groups provide understanding and reassurance that no one must navigate loss alone. While death and loss are universal, the experience of grief can be profoundly isolating without support. We are grateful to our partners who make this program possible,” shared Sarah Jones, FLF Philanthropy Officer.

Bereavement support groups meet bi-monthly. For more information, contact the Forefront Living Foundation at (214) 355-3942.
